- No sign-up is needed, and game progress is stored on your device.
- Permanent Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and is restored with the same Google Play account.
- Rewarded ads are optional, and rewards apply to the current run right away.
- In-game currencies such as Gold and Transcendence Stones cannot be cashed out or traded.
- Refunds follow Google Play policy and applicable law without limiting statutory consumer rights.
1. Service and operator
These terms govern the Android game Random Race Defense, provided by Arasaco (DoveCli). Contact: hardy@dovecli.com.
The game is in pre-release testing, and features, balance and artwork may change.
2. Using the game
You can install and play without signing up. Endless online rankings require a Google Play Games sign-in, but the game is fully playable without it.
4. Prices, restoration and refunds
The actual localized price and conditions shown by Google Play apply. Promotional prices and periods are shown on the sales screen.
Purchases can be restored with the same Google Play account; an internet connection may be needed to verify them. Pending or canceled payments do not unlock benefits. Premium may be revoked when a purchase is refunded or canceled.
Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy and applicable law and do not limit your statutory consumer rights. Purchases made by a minor without a legal guardian’s consent may be canceled as provided by law.
5. Ads and rewarded ads
Free players may see interstitial ads after certain Classic waves and at intervals in Endless mode.
Rewarded ads are optional. Once a completed view is confirmed, you choose one of three rewards; it applies to the current run immediately and cannot be saved. No reward is granted if an ad is unavailable or not finished.
6. In-game currencies and random elements
Gold, Transcendence Stones, Mystic Stones, Gear and similar items are game data that exist only inside the game. They cannot be exchanged for money or other currencies, or traded with other users.
Random summons, the Lucky Roulette and reward chests are paid for only with in-game currency; the operator does not sell randomized items for real money. Summon odds can be checked in the game’s Info window.
7. Game data and online rankings
Game progress is stored on your device and may not be recoverable after uninstalling or changing devices. Purchase restoration restores the Premium entitlement only, not game progress.
Online rankings are provided by Google Play Games. Records created by errors or by unfair means may be hidden or removed.
8. Prohibited conduct
The following is prohibited, and related benefits or ranking records may be restricted:
- forging or altering payment or purchase information
- modifying the app or obtaining rewards or records by abnormal means
- attacking or disrupting the service or verification server
- infringing the rights of others
9. Intellectual property
Rights in the game’s code, art, music and trademarks belong to the operator or the respective licensors. Copying or distribution beyond personal use requires prior permission.
10. Changes and termination
Features and balance may change to improve the game, and material changes to these terms are posted on this page before they take effect. Maintenance or outages may temporarily interrupt some features, such as ads, purchase verification or online rankings.
If the service ends, this will be announced on this page and the Google Play store listing at least 30 days in advance.
11. Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law or liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Korean law generally applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
