Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These Terms govern the use of PlaysNut, a mobile application operated by Arasaco ("we", "the Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users.
2. Nature of the Service
- The Service is a spending-control order simulation app where users browse food, fashion, and everyday goods and place virtual orders with an in-app balance.
- The Service does not provide real payment, real delivery, real seller fulfillment, rider dispatch, cash rewards, coupons, or external point exchange.
- Orders, delivery tracking, estimated arrival, reviews, prices, and balances shown in the Service are simulated and are not sent to stores, sellers, riders, couriers, or payment processors.
- The Service can be used without sign-in, based on a nickname and installation identifier.
3. Virtual Balance and Ad Rewards
- The virtual balance is an internal app value used only for order simulation.
- The virtual balance cannot be refunded, transferred, cashed out, or exchanged for goods, coupons, or external points.
- We may provide a starting balance or optional rewarded-ad balance.
- Rewarded ads are shown only when the user explicitly chooses to watch them, and rewards are granted after ad completion is verified.
- Rewards may be delayed, limited, or canceled if network errors, SDK errors, duplicate requests, or abuse are detected.
4. Order Simulation
- Users may browse virtual food, fashion, and everyday goods and create virtual orders in the Service.
- Virtual orders do not trigger real payment, real product delivery, food delivery, seller order receipt, or rider dispatch.
- If an address field is provided, it is not used for real delivery. The Service is designed not to store detailed address originals by default.
- To prevent misunderstanding, simulation notices are repeated in order confirmation, order completion, wallet, Terms, and Privacy pages.
5. User Responsibilities
- Users must understand that the Service is a simulation app with no real payment or delivery.
- Users must not enter other people's personal information, unnecessary detailed addresses, phone numbers, or payment information.
- Users must not treat ad rewards or virtual balances as cash-like value or use them in external transactions.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Promoting or misrepresenting the Service as a real ordering, payment, delivery, giveaway, or cash reward service
- Manipulating ad rewards, virtual balances, or order records, or abusing them through automation
- Entering third-party personal information or false rights claims
- Interfering with Service operations, security, or data analysis
7. Changes or Suspension
We may modify or suspend all or part of the Service for product improvement, policy compliance, or operational needs. Material changes will be announced through the app or this page.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The Service is an entertainment and habit-support tool for spending control and does not guarantee savings or behavior change.
- Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not responsible for damages caused by misunderstanding the simulated nature of the Service or confusing it with external services.
- We are not liable for failures caused by network issues, operating-system policy changes, ad SDK issues, or external-service outages beyond our reasonable control.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when needed. Updates are announced 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before material changes adverse to users, through in-app notice or this page.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved in the court of competent jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
